Who’s ready for summer? We have a lot of exciting events taking place in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, but do you really need a reason to visit the beach?
The first official weekend of summer – the Memorial Day holiday – starts on Friday, May 26 and goes through Monday, May 29.
The Amphitheater at The Wharf offers an excellent lineup of concerts this summer, including Alabama on May 27, Brantley Gilbert on June 3, Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band on June 6, Journey on July 6 and Florida Georgia Line on July 14 and 15.
Down at the beach, you may catch sight of the Blue Angels practice starting at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The Blue Marlin Grand Championship fishing rodeo takes place July 12-14 at The Wharf.
Watch for announcements about spectacular fireworks displays at the beach, The Wharf and more locations over the Fourth of July holiday.
And, of course, Nolan’s Restaurant and Lounge features delicious entrees, cold drinks and live music Monday through Saturday nights. Join us for drinks at the patio bar, or a memorable night of dining and dancing this summer.
